Still Mind : Artwork 4

A full-circle mandala built from interlocking petal ellipses across three concentric rotational layers — the innermost ring tight and geometric, the outer rings progressively open and airy. The construction follows the logic of the Flower of Life, one of the oldest recorded geometric forms, found in the temples of ancient Egypt, in Greek architectural ornament, and throughout Islamic geometric tiling. As light shifts, the overlapping petal forms create angular moiré effects that make the piece appear to slowly rotate. It anchors a dining room or salon wall with the kind of quiet authority that doesn't need anything around it.
