Do you make custom pieces?
Yes. Tell us your space, motif, and scale — most of what we make starts as a commission.
What kinds of wall art do you offer?
Six worlds, each rooted in a different design tradition — from Islamic geometry to calligraphy to nature motifs.
Can you handle large-scale or architectural installations?
Yes — partitions, screens, and statement walls for hospitality, residential, and workplace interiors.
Is every piece laser cut?
No. Wall art is typically CNC laser cut to 0.1mm tolerance; furniture and sculptural pieces use other metalworking techniques suited to the form.
What material do you work in?
Galvanized iron or stainless steel. Customizable on request.
Can pieces go outdoors?
Yes — the powder-coat finish is UV-stable and holds its colour for years.
How long does a custom piece take?
Around six to fourteen weeks from a confirmed brief to install.
Do you work with designers and architects?
Yes, through our Trade Programme — trade pricing and customization support. Apply at info@aheeradecor.com.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, only within UAE. Other locations: email info@aheeradecor.com.
How long does delivery take?
3–4 weeks for wall art, 8–12 weeks for furniture, sculptures, and customized pieces (UAE). Other locations: email info@aheeradecor.com.
Do you install after delivery?
Only within the UAE.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of placing it — no questions asked. In order to do so: email with subject - "Cancel Order " info@aheeradecor.com.
Can I return a piece once it's made?
No returns, since it's built to order. Damaged or incorrect items are always the exception. We can also repurpose for an additional fee based on scope.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us at info@aheeradecor.com within 24 hours with photos — we'll remake it, refund you, or send the correct piece.
