A fan palm and monstera leaf composed as interlocking silhouettes within a portrait steel frame, the forms breaking the frame edge to create depth and movement. The composition exploits figure-ground reversal: the wall becomes the negative space, the cutwork reads as shadow cast by something real. Biophilic design research — now a defining language in UAE luxury residential and hospitality architecture — consistently identifies tropical botanical forms as among the highest-performing in reducing cortisol and creating spatial calm. Scaled for a double-height entrance wall or a majlis feature column where the vertical emphasis matters.
