The Shape of Things : Artwork 5

A single line enters a rectangular frame and does not stop until every part of the surface has been accounted for. It folds back, overlaps, and loops until it creates a dense field of irregular organic cells, with three flat graphic forms sitting within that field like objects discovered inside a living map. The longer you look, the more the composition gives back. Some areas pack tightly and others breathe, and that variation in density is what makes the surface feel genuinely active rather than just busy. It draws from the De Stijl conviction that the simplest formal language, applied with complete commitment, produces work that outlasts almost everything else. This is a piece for people who look twice.
